We all want to live in a perfect location. A place that’s a safe haven for you and your family, and which has good amenities and travel links nearby. Somewhere you’ll love to call home.

That’s why we choose the locations for our new homes very carefully. Generally, they’re set in the quieter, more rural areas of Aberdeenshire. Close to shops and schools and within commuting distance of the city. And we only ever build a limited amount of homes at any given site. Meaning the plot sizes are larger than average, giving you more space, inside and out. Bigger rooms, bigger gardens, bigger garages – what’s not to like about that?
